About Us
Hello! We're Devora and Lauren.
After 12 years of friendship, we decided to turn it into a partnership. Combining Lauren's aesthetic expertise and Devora's business acumen, we are now proud owners of Blush 'N Beauty Medspa.
Devora
Devora is married to Ariel and has three loving children. They enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with friends and family. With a background in fashion merchandising, Devora is excited to combine her business expertise with her passion for beauty and service.
Lauren
Lauren is married to Phillip and has three beautiful children: two who love playing baseball and a loving baby girl. They enjoy trying new restaurants and hanging out with family & friends in their free time. Lauren is passionate about all things beauty and skin-related and hosts a podcast with Dermascope Magazine.

I began my career after graduating Ogle Beauty School in Hurst, TX. I have worked in the skin care industry for over 19 years; after graduating in 2007, I began my career in a Day Spa, gaining knowledge in facial and body treatments. After a few years of doing aesthetics, I became a sales consultant for a Med Spa in Dallas, TX, learning various skin treatments and how to heal and protect the future of the skin. I love learning and persistently continue with education courses on industry advancements in skin care technology.
My goals are to educate my clients on how to look and feel their best by establishing optimal health habits, and to provide them the best skin services. I believe in the power of touch and the healing effects it can have on one's life.
As a working owner of Blush 'N Beauty Medspa I listen to every client's special needs and customize each treatment based on their individual achievement target.

I have been practicing my craft in esthetics for 12 years. My skincare career began at the Aveda Institute in 2012. My passion for making people look and feel their best in their skin. I am constantly engaging in ongoing education to further my knowledge and enterprise in the esthetics industry.
I specialize in overall skin health, results driven skincare treatments with a customized and personalized approach. Some of my specialties include Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, anti-aging, Microneedling and so much more!

Hi, I'm Billie! I've been in the wellness industry since the '90s, and I'm still doing this work for a good reason: reducing stress. My background includes a B.A. in Visual Arts, which has trained me to see the details. I became a Vodder Certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist in 1997 and have been practicing ever since.
My holistic certifications include aromatherapy, foot reflexology, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, body wraps, and energy work. I've worked in spas, doctors' offices, pain management clinics, and alternative hospice centers.
On a personal note, I have a family with a daughter, twin sons, and now I'm a grandparent. I'm also a proud native Texan. Come in and experience less stress for your mind, body, and spirit. I'm here for you!

Hi, I'm Tina! I am a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician. My passion for skincare began long before my career—I have personally been receiving medical-grade skincare treatments for more than 25 years, which has given me a unique perspective on what it feels like to be a client. That experience has shaped the way I care for others: by listening first, understanding each person's concerns, and creating customized treatment plans that help them achieve their skincare goals. I believe the esthetics industry is constantly evolving, and I never want to stop learning new techniques and technologies that allow me to deliver exceptional results and an outstanding client experience.
My specialties include HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, laser treatments, and customized skincare programs focused on healthy aging and overall skin health. My goal is for every client to leave their appointment feeling confident, refreshed, and truly loving the skin they're in.
I'm excited to be serving clients in Dallas at Blush 'N Beauty Medspa and look forward to helping you achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care.
When I'm not in the treatment room, you'll find me spending time with my husband, Devin, our four amazing young adult children, and our precious 2-year-old grandson, who keeps our family smiling.

Hi, my name is Reid, and I'm a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner. I aim to hold space for others so they can experience their highest and greatest good through these holistic methods. Whether it's a massage, yoga flow, or energetic session, you deserve a personalized experience that enhances your spiritual wellbeing.
Regarding massage, I specialize in Swedish and relaxing techniques. My favorite yoga classes to teach are beginner flow and power flow; witnessing growth in other yogis is a genuine joy for me.
Mindfulness and conscious living are important elements to my routine. Behind everything I do I incorporate balance, fulfillment, enthusiasm, and positivity!
